This interactive online training programme consists of two 2-hour facilitator led sessions, and off-line activities completed before, between and after the sessions. The programme will provide participants with the opportunity to; reflect-on, explore and develop their skills, in order to improve their ability to sell their ideas and proposals, whether this is to colleagues, clients, external partners or their manager. Being able to positively influence people is an essential management and leadership skill.
