Simone is a PRINCE2® Foundation certified project manager who leads bespoke programme delivery for UK clients and oversees the professional development of our pool of trainers. With 8 years of experience in managing both international and national training events, she excels in coordinating logistics for a wide range of programmes, from one-day UK courses for government departments to long-term initiatives for senior civil servants. Before transitioning into project management, Simone was a Middle Leader and teacher trainer in state education.
Simone has led significant projects for government departments, including an Equality Impact Assessment for the Disclosure and Barring Service and a 3-month OD&D Supervision Assessment for the Cabinet Office. Over the last 3 years, Simone has successfully project managed a 5 week Policy Foundation programme delivered to 29 cohorts for the Department of Science, Innovation and Technology and the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero.
Simone excels in coordinating training events, managing delivery teams, and ensuring client satisfaction through regular project status updates, feedback-driven improvements, and high-quality delivery processes. Additionally, Simone brings expertise in managing complex, multi-agency programmes across 15 countries, such as the FCDO’s Accelerating the Sustainable Control and Elimination of Neglected Tropical Diseases (Ascend) programme. She coordinated with the third-party monitoring, ensured deadlines were met for evidence submission, organised audits and provided timely responses to the third-party monitoring team’s suggestions for improvements of the programme.
