Tina Seth is a government career expert and former Chief of Staff for the UK global visa service. She has experience leading change through capability building, policy and operational roles.
She has supported Civil Service transformation, working closely with Ministers and Directors, developing deep insight into the workings of Government.
Tina has developed leadership programmes for Whitehall, including the Future Leaders Scheme and supported CEOs in the wider public sector build capability in the face of rapid change.
She now works with clients across sectors to diagnose capability gaps and develop solutions that have real and lasting impact, with a focus on demonstrating return on investment.
