Katie Driver is a qualified business coach and experienced trainer and speaker. She helps individuals and organisations in the public, private and charitable sectors to find thoughtful solutions to challenging issues.
Prior to joining Dods as a Learning Associate, Katie worked for over 20 years in the Departments for Education and Work & Pensions and their predecessors. She led policy development on issues such as truancy and EU employment policy, and worked across Government on the Equality Act and the Red Tape Challenge. Katie was Private Secretary to a Minister of State and a Permanent Secretary. She gained policy delivery experience at the National College for Teaching & Leadership. In her spare time, Katie runs marathons and is a governor at her local FE College.
