This course is for anyone wanting to develop their own strategic thinking skills. Participants will explore the role of strategy in the public sector and understand how to apply a diagnostic to assess the strategic health of their own organisation. In this highly interactive day we will signpost delegates to a range of tools, including scenario planning, and delegates will have the chance to apply these to a current strategic challenge. By the end of the course participants will have a better understanding of strategy, leading their own strategy exercises and developing their strategic thinking skills.
