This course is for anyone wanting to develop their own strategy skills to help better understand and contribute to organisational strategy. Highly interactive, participants will try out some commonly used strategy tools covering three core elements of evidence, policy and delivery. It introduces recent developments such as open policy making and ‘nudge’ which draw on digital and behavioural economics. By the end of the course participants will have a better understanding of strategy, leading their own strategy exercises and developing their strategy skills.
