Tina Seth

Tina was a Civil Servant for over 10 years in both the Home Office and Civil Service Learning.  She has extensive experience as a learning and development consultant, designing and delivering training for clients across government departments including the Civil Service’s flagship talent programme - Future Leaders’ Scheme.

Tina was Chief of Staff for the global UK visa service, responsible for both internal corporate communications on behalf of the Director and external customer facing communications including Freedom of Information requests, parliamentary questions and Ministerial correspondence. 

Her final role in the Civil Service was leading Immigration’s transformation portfolio and Change Excellence campaign which involved drafting updates and reports for Ministers and Director Generals as well as writing strategic change proposals.
